Order Processing
All Sofika products are individually made to order. Once an order is received, it is added to the production list and created in sequence. Production time can range from 5 to 30 days, depending on the number of orders. Every effort is made to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. For urgent requests, contact Sofika directly; expedited production may be possible depending on current workload.
Gifts & Special Occasions
If an order is for a gift or special occasion, notify Sofika at the time of ordering. Efforts will be made to ensure delivery in time for the event.
Delivery Methods & Times
If you are local to Nottingham and would like to arrange to pick up your order instead of delivery please drop me a message using the contact form or email me at sofikadesigns@gmail.com and we can get something arranged.
We deliver through Royal Mail
UK Deliveries: Delivery is typically within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
European Deliveries: Delivery is typically within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
Rest of World Deliveries: Delivery is typically within 6-7 working days after dispatch.

International Orders
