Order Processing

All Sofika products are individually made to order. Once an order is received, it is added to the production list and created in sequence. Production time can range from 5 to 30 days, depending on the number of orders. Every effort is made to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. For urgent requests, contact Sofika directly; expedited production may be possible depending on current workload.

Gifts & Special Occasions

If an order is for a gift or special occasion, notify Sofika at the time of ordering. Efforts will be made to ensure delivery in time for the event.

Delivery Methods & Times

• We can currently deliver through Royal Mail, Evri and DPD

• UK Deliveries: Delivery is typically within 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending of the courier chosen.

• European Deliveries: Delivery is typically within 5–6 working days after dispatch, depending of the courier chosen.

• Rest of World Deliveries: Delivery is typically within 7–21 working days after dispatch, depending of the courier chosen.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for import duties and taxes. Customs delays may occur and are beyond Sofika’s control. For more information, contact the local customs office.
