Fitting & Sizing Information

All Sofika clothing is individually hand cut and custom made to order in our Nottingham workshop. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, so it is important to be certain of sizing before production begins. Taking accurate body measurements BEFORE placing an order is highly recommended.

All styles are listed using Sofika’s own sizing system. Refer to the measurement and size charts below for equivalent UK sizing and body measurements.

Bespoke and Custom Sizes

If you like one of our pieces tailor made to your measurements please contact Sofika directly, either through our contact form or emailing us directly at sofikadesigns@gmail.com. Many styles can be adapted to fit different sizes. Bespoke products and custom size alterations WILL incur an additional charge due to the extra labour involved.

How to Care for Sofika Clothing

All Sofika clothing is handmade using a variety of materials, many of which are delicate. For best results, wash on a low heat setting. If tumble drying is necessary, use the lowest setting. This will help preserve the quality and longevity of each garment.

For garments featuring heat-bonded seams, please take extra care when washing, drying, and ironing. Always use the lowest heat setting to maintain the longevity of your garment. If a seam begins to lift, it can be easily repaired. Simply use an iron on the lowest heat setting with steam, and press gently over the affected area for around 40 seconds to re-bond the seam.
